A happy haven Massage Therapy is located in the beautiful Minneapolis Warehouse District and is owned and operated by certified massage therapist Joy Andreasen.
Whether you are feeling stressed, have an injury, or are using massage to maintain a healthy way of life, you have different needs on different days. At A happy haven you will receive a massage specifically designed for your specific needs using a combination of techniques in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Connective Tissue, Pressure and Trigger Points. Healing Stones can be integrated into your massage or they are offered as a muscle melting full body 1½ hour long treatment. Prenatal massage is also available for expectant mothers.
A happy haven is also proud to offer Reflexology which, when used either by itself or in conjunction with massage therapy, can bring your healing touch experience to a new level.
