Keeping it Squeaky:
- All materials that both the therapist and the client touch will be clean.
- Therapist will wash hands before and after each massage.
- Therapist will meet basic hygienic standards in body and wardrobe.
- Therapist has the right to choose not to do a massage if client is not clean.
The Time Factor:
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, or it is at the discretion of the therapist to charge full price for possible business loss.
- If the Client is late, the therapist will try to give the client full time. If the therapist is not able to do this, the Client is responsible for full charge of service.
- If the therapist is late, the client will receive full time and $5 off their next massage.
Note: Life happens. Everyone tries to be where they say they are going to be. Sometimes it doesn't work out. Joy understands this and is always happy to reschedule.
About the $
- A happy haven will have basic prices posted for viewing in the massage room at all times.
- Specials are often posted and advertised, but may not be available at all times. Feel free to ask about them at any time.
- Joy does work in trade. Please feel free to ask her about it at any time.
- If you refer a client you get $5 off your next massage. A happy haven makes every effort to keep track, but if you haven't gotten your discount talk to Joy.
- Gift Certificates, Specials, and Coupon expiration dates will be honored, but if you are close you might be able to squeak by. It is at therapist's discretion.
- If you bring in the coupon of a competitor, it will be honored by A happy haven.
- A happy haven currently only takes cash and checks. Bounced checks will result in a $20 fee.
It is a Professional facility
- Sexual favors will not be allowed on either the part of the client or the therapist.
- Massage will end if inappropriate conduct happens. The definition of inappropriate contact is at the discretion of the uncomfortable party.
- Products used are unscented to help reduce allergic reactions. If you would like a scent we have essential oils available to enhance your experience.
- Massage will not be performed if the client is under the influence of alcohol or illegal mind altering substances.
- If you are under the age of 18, a legal guardian must accompany you.
If your therapist is sick she will reschedule your appointment. It would be appreciated if you'd do the same. (Note: The common cold may be an exception).
