A happy haven is housed at 708 North First Street in the Warehouse District's Itasca Building. The building is over one hundred years old and was converted from a warehouse in the early 1980's. Located on the third floor, A happy haven shares space with prominent neighbors Acme Comedy Club, The Lab, and Minnesota Opera School.
A happy haven is within walking distance of many residences and downtown businesses. This allows clients to catch a little exercise on their way without having to worry about parking or traffic.
If you do happen to be coming by car, please check the Directions page for the route that best suits your needs. By taking the River Road that runs behind the building, in town traffic can often be avoided. Parking is accessible in the pay lot across the street or on the street. Meter charges end at 6:00 p.m. during weekdays and are not collected over the weekends.
